At Perler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
